In this Mindful Movement class, elementary students will explore the connection between body and mind through fun, purposeful movement. Each session encourages students to slow down, focus, and become aware of how their bodies move and feel. Through gentle stretching, balance exercises, breathing techniques, and simple mindfulness practices, children will learn how to release tension, build flexibility, and improve focus. Activities are age-appropriate and engaging, helping students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of calm they can carry into the classroom and beyond.
