Event Planning (W)

This hands-on elective introduces students to the fundamentals of event planning and management. From concept to execution, students will learn how to organize, plan, and deliver successful events such as school dances, fundraisers, community events, and more. Emphasizing practical skills like budgeting, scheduling, communication, marketing, and logistics, this course prepares students for real-world applications in both personal and professional settings. Students will work individually and in teams to design and execute an actual event at the end of the semester.
