Step back in time and explore history through the stories of American Girl Dolls! In this engaging elective, students learn about different periods of American history by discovering the lives, challenges, and achievements of the dolls’ characters. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and role-play, children explore themes such as friendship, family, culture, and historical events. Students will participate in creative projects, crafts, and discussions that bring history to life, helping them understand the past while building empathy, curiosity, and critical thinking skills. This class makes learning history fun, interactive, and memorable! Students are encouraged to bring their dolls as they walk through history with them!
