Jump, run, throw, move! In this high energy class, kids will play PE style games, work on hand eye coordination and do athletic activities. It is wonderful for kids of all athletic abilities as long as they are willing to try to learn new skills. They will get lots of wiggles out, make friends, run around, and have a blast!
