Managing Big Emotions

Being able to manage emotions seems like a simple task, but it’s actually not that easy, especially for growing teenagers.

There’s a lot to understand for a teen when it comes to their feelings, managing stress, using coping strategies at the appropriate times, problem-solving through challenges, and knowing when to ask for help.

Teens don’t always know exactly how to manage those feelings, which is why The Kid Connection would like to offer a course to help support teens as they face these challenges.
