Description

Students should ALREADY have some basic note-taking experience. This course will not only teach basic notetaking but will teach them the process, layout, and benefits of Cornell style and method of notetaking.

Students will learn:

  • What Cornell style notetaking looks like
  • How to set up a Cornell-style note-taking sheet
  • How to use the Cornell-style sheet to take notes
  • How to process and use Cornell notes after class immediately and for test/project preparation
  • Pros and cons of using this method of notetaking.
  • This is an 8-week course, that meets weekly for 1 hour.
